This is a bike light that uses a small LED flashlight for the light. It was designed to use a no-name flashlight that I already had laying around so chances are you will need to change the tube's inner diameter to match the flashlight you want to use. For reference the flashlight I use has a diameter of 27.3mm To keep it snug in the holder I put one wrap of electrical tape around the flashlight and that worked great, the flashlight has stayed put and still slides out when I need to change the batteries. If you would like the 123D design files so that you can make changes to suit your bike or flashlight, just ask. Print Settings Printer: Wanhao Duplicator 3 Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: .20 Infill: 50% Notes: I printed this in ABS but PLA would work just as well. The top bracket prints easily, the holder is more difficult and I had to manually add several supports under the bracket when printing.
