This is a mount for a bike computer that sits on the headset. It replaces a 5mm spacer at the top of the stack of a standard threadless headset (Aheadset). You can order it from Shapeways at https://www.shapeways.com/product/5JBJU3MJD/bike-headset-stem-computer-mount (I don't get any money from this!). I've only printed it on an SLA printer, but I don't see any reason why it shouldn't print absolutely fine on an FDM or an SLS one.
