ISCG-05 adapter for your BB frame. Fits most chain guides and bash guards. You will need a screw-in bottom bracket and a bottom bracket wrench to install it. I recommend printing it out of PETG as it has nice elastic properties and won't snap on the first bump. Don't expect it to last as long as aluminum adapter would, of course. If the fit isn't exactly right for your bottom bracket, try putting your adapter in hot water or using hot air gun before threading it -- heat will soften the plastic.
