<p>A shim for the “Jack the Rack” handlebar mounted bike rack to fit on 35mm diameter handlebars.</p><p>Jack the Rack (https://wholegraincycles.com)</p><p>I have tried a design for PETG that allowed the rack to snap into place. This design required print orientations that would inevitably be weak in some direction, either snapping onto the bars or the rack into the shim. I opted for a shallow design out of hard TPU which allowed for printing laying down with no supports.</p><p>Print Settings:</p><ul><li>Filament: TPU 95A</li><li>No supports</li></ul>
