Bike Laser Stem Alignment Bracket

Bike Laser Stem Alignment Bracket

I made this handy laser aligner to help satisfy my obsession with perfect stem/fork alignment on my mountain bikes. Probably other uses for it too. Other required parts: 650nm 5mW 3-5V Red Laser Cross Module Diode 2AA Battery Holder - w/Wires and Switch Both are available on Amazon or Ebay for under $10 total Print Settings Printer: Ares Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Infill: 50%/Medium Notes: I used PLA just to minimize wrapping, and since strength wasn't a concern. How I Designed This Since this was constructed with all geometric shapes, I used SCAD so I could parametrize all the measurements to help make tweaks as I worked through a couple prototypes. I had planned on tapping the tab on the laser holder and adding a screw to secure the laser, but the fit was snug enough that it wasn't needed.
