Needed a way to hold my Blinky light while bike packing. When bike packing my rear back takes up the seat post. I have lost many lights and need a way to securely hold my light to the frame while still keeping it visible to drivers. It zip tied to the chain stay. There is a feature to avoid any cables running down the middle.
