This thing will attach a flashlight to the handle bars of a bike. The flashlight this is intended for is the Streamlight Protac 2L. The bike this is intended for is my bike, which has drop handle bars. The section of the handle bars that connects to the frame is roughly level meaning the flashlight will be roughly downward pointing or level depending on how you configure the files..
