A nice handlebar mount for cylindrical flashlights. Currently the bar mount has an ID of 25.5mm and the flashlight clamp has an ID of 23mm. Post a comment with your own measurements and I will post alternate stl files. Instructions Parts Needed 1 M5 12mm screw for handlebar clamp hinge 1 M5 10mm screw for handlebar clamp 1 M5 16mm screw to secure the handlebar clamp to the light holder 1 M5 10mm Hex head for the light holder thumb nut. 4 M5 nuts Assembly Print parts Trim any flash on the bottom of the light holder that might prevent the tab from flexing. Insert 2 m5 nuts into the provided recesses on the light holder. Insert the hex-headed screw into the thumbnut. Screw the assembled thumb nut into the captive nut next to the tab on the light holder. Make sure not to break the tab. Use the 12mm M5 to join the two sides of the clamp. You might use either Loctite or a nyloc to keep the hinge from coming apart latter. Join the light holder to the handlebar clamp.
