This is a remake of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:256213. The original author was kind enough to include the FreeCad design file. So all I had to do is change the design to fit my phone and bike. My phone (LG G3 w/case) measures 81.2mm x 151.6mm x 13.9mm My printer is still printing a little thick so the part is slightly larger to compensate for that. Also I set the bike handle diameter to 35.5 mm from just 35mm. As tradition I also included my version of the FreeCAD along with the step exports. Some notes to points I've found: The tongue/bottom piece fit fairly snug inside, so I haven't secured it. Later I'll secure it with superglue or acetone melting. Second is I'm not sure how I like how easily it twists. I might cut the tie ties and put some hot glue down before re-securing it. That way It should stick to one position. Update Remixed a longer bottom part with a charging holehttp://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1710441 Print Settings Printer Brand: Robo 3D Printer: R1 ABS + PLA Model Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .2 Infill: 12% Notes: Probably should use a higher infill so tie-tie bridges in the middle have more connection points. How I Designed This Thankfully The original author of this thing was kind enough to include the FreeCad file. All i did was change the width and phone height. as well as the handle bar diameter. Next I altered the bottom bracket to have a 5 degree angle so the phone can slide in easier.
