<p>A new development of the bike rack / accessory holder for the Blaupunkt Fiene / Fiete 500 pedelec from DotBlue / Blaupunkt.</p><p>We had gone by car to Holland and have noticed that when the carrier is mounted, the wheel simply takes away too much space in the trunk. Each time with several screws fasteners solve we had also no Bock - besides us by the uncontrolled overturning of the wheel is also a holder broken away (PETG) - so it had to be what new and considerably more stable and easier to assemble.</p><p>This holder consists of 2 parts for each side of the wheel, you put the rear part first at the back of the frame and clicks the front and folds it up, now you can either secure the whole permanently with a screw on the frame or you take only 1 screw per side to attach the carrier and at the same time this holder . The whole thing is super stable and holds the luggage carrier excellent.</p><p>By a double wing nut you can so the carrier quickly and easily mount and dismount.</p><p>Printed with 85% infill as ASA (ABS), about 6 hours printing time per side. Afterwards incredibly stable - no comparison to PETG.<br>But should also hold a weile with PETG, but rather recommend ASA, ABS, PC or carbon filament.</p><p><br>- - - - - - - - - &nbsp;- -</p><p><br>Eine Neuentwicklung des Fahrrad Gepäckträger / Zubehör Halter für das Blaupunkt Fiene / Fiete 500 Pedelec von DotBlue/Blaupunkt.</p><p>Wir waren mit dem Auto nach Holland gefahren und haben gemerkt das wenn der Gepäckträger montiert ist, nimmt das Rad einfach viel zu viel Platz im Kofferraum weg. Jedesmal mit etlichen Schrauben Befestigungen lösen hatten wir auch keinen Bock - ausserdem ist uns durch das unkontrollierte Umkippen des Rades auch ein Halter weggebrochen (PETG) - es musste also was neues und erheblich Stabileres und einfacher zu montierendes her.</p><p>Dieser Halter besteht für jede Seite des Rades aus 2 Teilen, man legt das hintere teil erst hinten an den Rahmen an und klickt das vordere und klappt es hoch, jetzt kann man entweder das ganze dauerhaft mit einer Schraube am Rahmen sichern oder man nimmt nur 1 Schraube pro Seite um den Gepäckträger und gleichzeitig diesen Halter zu befestigen . Das ganze ist superstabil und hält den Gepäckträger hervorragend fest.</p><p>Durch eine doppelte Flügelmutter kann man so den Gepäckträger schnell und unkompliziert montieren und demontieren.</p><p>Gedruckt mit 85% Infill als ASA (ABS), ca 6 Stunden Druckzeit pro Seite. Danach unglaublich Stabil - kein Vergleich zu PETG.<br>Sollte aber mit PETG auch eine weile halten, empfehle aber eher ASA, ABS, PC oder Carbon Filament.</p>
