bike shock-absorber ( bi-tubular damper wirh oil and gas)

The idea is to improve the quality of damping when a bike follows a road with bumps ( more suitable for mountain-bikes). Actually, the original idea was to create the damper in connection with a heated bike-seat. It is well known that the main target of a damper is to transform mechanical energy into heat energy. So, I was thinking of a system which gathers the heat made by the damper, and send it to a simple system in the seat which will make a heated-seat for the biker. But I didn't find yet a solution which is both simple and cheap. So I stick to an improved shock-absorber, bi-tubular which works with 80% oil and 20% gas.
