This is a support for the front wheel for a stationary bike trainer. Also called a front wheel riser block. Can be made with PLA, ABS, or PETG. OpneSCAD file includes details on numbers to change to make it larger or smaller, or change wheel size. designed for uniform support of the wheel. Will fit 700C X 19 - 30mm, should fit 27" wheels as well. Print Settings Printer Brand: Wanhao Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 V2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.002 Infill: 20% Notes: Can be printed as coarse as desired. 20% infill has enough strength. designed for a 700C front wheel, will accommodate up to 30mm diameter tire. OpenSCAD file is commented to explain the construction, and how to modify if needed.
