Bike v-brake Pad replacement brake linings

After converting my bike to an ebike, I noticed a very fast wear and use of v-breake bricks. I even had to exchange every 2-3 weeks (replacement brake linings V-BRAKE ie. for Shimano - CLARKS). So I design and printed them with TPU. Attention, it's still an experiment. But I've been using and testing them successfully for several months now. Shore Hardness Scale TPU is a key - Soft about 30 or hard about 80. Hard ones behave worse in the rain, live longer, are louder and do not have such linear braking characteristics as soft ones - but is sharper and stronger. The pattern on the block is designed to prevent squeaking, vibration and facilitates water drainage (aquaplaning). Test carefully! They work, but a little differently than on mixtures of rubber and silicone. Print brick with pattern down to the table. You must make set of left and right brick - just mirror this one in a slicer.
