This is a bike light mount replacement for the Planet Bike series headlights. Instructions Printed in PLA on a Makergear M2. Designed in Autodesk 123D Design. The specs are taken from my wife's broken Planet Bike mount, and transferred to a bit beefier design of my own making. This mount is designed to use 6-32 X 1 1/2" or 2" machine screws and nuts. The head and bolt holes are a bit tight on purpose, as I wanted them to stay seated and not twist. The holes may be a bit small, but you can either modify them to suit or just drill them out a bit to fit. Note: It ought to be obvious from the design, but just to be clear, you'll need supports on this thing.
