Bikepacking suspension bottle cage

Bikepacking suspension bottle cage

This bottle cage will fit any Nalgene 1L (32 oz) water bottle, it goes on the suspension fork and will fit a FOX 34 or any 41mm diameter lowers suspension.

The bottle cage requires 3 printed parts, it was printed in nylon with 35% infill and 2 contours, it seems sturdy enough to handle a full water bottle with no problem, but you can add more infill or contours if you'd like. I dropped my bike from 0.5m and the bottle didn't come out of the cage.

Hardware required:

4 M4-0.7 x 16mm screws (one for the stop and three for the clamp)

3 M4 nuts (for the clamp)

2.3mm steel rod (you can get it from a thick paper clip or a welding rod, this is for hinge mechanism)

Check out my other bikepacking design

https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/135055-bikepacking-handlebar-bag-straps
