Create personalized name plates with dual extrusion printing To do so, follow these steps: 1. Open the provided SCAD file and add your name or design. 2. Compile and export STL files for frame and text. 3. Print using dual extrusion for an attached center (e.g., 'o'). 4. Single extrusion is sufficient for framing, but text will not be connected. I've included Reprap and Bilby CNC examples ready to print. For a sleek finish, choose polished materials like glass. Folding is easiest when prints are hot; exercise caution to avoid burns. Set bed temperature high for enhanced flexibility during printing. Immediately fold your creation while it's still warm to prevent cooling. Cooling can be accelerated by holding under cold water.
