**ALL pictures are of the Lithopane. It looks that good.** https://youtu.be/DNu9ACeOYkw 100mm wide Bill Murray Lithopane, 2mm thick. The Litho processing was done in Cura, and Slic3r PE was used for slicing. Cura does an incredible job at making flat lithos. Very impressive. Seen here printed at 150pc in X and Y, still 2mm thick with an 0.6 nozzle. I included my gcode file if you happen to have a Prusa Mk3 with an 0.6 nozzle in it already. The print speeds are relatively conservative, my machine has over 6,000 hours on it so I give it some room to breathe. Set lift Z on retractions set to 0.1 to prevent little hairs from the Z move, and the most important thing was to shut OFF wipe while retracting and set infill to 100%. The lithopane holder needs work. The frame is too snug on the thick parts of the lithopane, and the 'cap' interferes as well. More clearance was needed for the lightbulb I went with, so I heated up the frame with a heat gun and forced the bulb in there to thermoform it. Included the Fusion360 archive for the holder so improvements can be made. Lightbulb is an E12 candelabra base. I had to heat the holder up with a heat gun to make the bulb fit right. This needs some fiddling in fusion before things are perfect.
