After printing up the Awesome Billy Saw Animatronic Hollowed Head files by PinkButterfly , I had a friend design an eye the same size as a table tennis ball but with some shafts and holes in it to make it easier to mount hardware to. It has a shaft going right thru the top to the bottom, a shaft at the back that goes nearly to the centre, and a small dot to centre where the pupil would be. These , when printed will be able to be fitted and moved like a ventriloquist dummies eyes. For printing ,If your printer can go a higher resolution, go a bit higher. remember to up the top and bottom layers the higher resolution you go. also print with a couple of extra shells as well. if you raise the eye up off the build plate and have support actually supporting it, youll get a nice curve on the bottom. it will still need a light sand where your support was , but that depends on your settings. Ive added a 40mm eye that now has the Iris added. this will make it easier to either mask of and spray paint , or paint by hand
