I made these for Jason 10 x 50 mm Empire binoculars. They fit binocular lenses that are about 63 mm O.D.. Print two sets. Rough cut a piece of solar eclipse filter material for one of the rings. Put several small pieces of double sided tape on one side of the ring. Stick the ring to the filter material. Use a small scissors or razor sharp knife to trim around the outside of the ring. Put several more small pieces of double sided tape around the edge of the filter material. Push the ring, tape, filter material combo into the large housing. Repeat with the other side. The filter material should be sandwiched between the ring and the inside of the housing. Waves and minor wrinkles are OK, creases or holes are not OK.
