This is a holder for the Anker "PowerPort I PD with 1PD and 4 PIQ" I designed it in solidworks. It may work with other chargers, but I can't confirm.

I have the hole offset; let me know of it needs tweaking, because I made this change after printing mine. (I just filed the hole to fix the misalignment)

to mount just use some command strips

the solidworks file is included for anyone to edit

A commenter suggested printing it at 102% scale if the fit is too tight.

Print Settings

Printer Brand:

Creality

Printer:

CR-10S

Rafts:

No

Supports:

No

Resolution:

.32

Infill:

none

Filament: eSUN 1.75mm Black PLA PRO (PLA+) pla

Notes:

I printed at .32 layer height
with 2 perimeter walls, this allows for no infill
I also suggest turning up the speeds or this is a bit of a slow one, I had 60 mm/sec for the inner walls & 30 mm/sec for outer.

print with power cable hole on bottom

Category: Organization
