Biped robot Legs

Biped robot Legs

thingiverse

This is a project I am working on for a reverse biped leg (where the knee bends backwards) my inspiration for this project is from Mech Warrior Online robots. I designed this robot to use standard size servos mostly as I had many spares, both legs will require 12 servos. I am going to use an Arduino mega with a Bluetooth add on to control it via mobile phone. THIS PROJECT IS A WORK IN PROGRESS, once I have a stable code for Arduino I will upload it here as well as host a copy on google drive, I will also be adding a torso with yaw control. This was printed with ABS and the pieces where connected via acetone welding to mount the braces and servo horn. However you can print in PLA and use super glue to join the parts. More info to come.
