BIQU B1 Hot-end Fix — IMPROVED INSERT

Watch attached video for details. https://youtu.be/zaL8AoC4fig Luke's hot-end fixes are quite popular, and for good reason. You can get the details on needed length of PTFE tube, a link to a specially designed tube cutter, and more at the original thing: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4626617 NOTE: I urge that you **not** try to do this fix *without* removal of your nozzle and heater block. You need to be able to verify that your path is unobstructed all the way through the heat break, and also verify that the newly installed PTFE tube from the fix is coming to the same spot as before the fix. Why this remix? Just a couple of improvements for the 3D printed "washer." The added "top flange" is helps the "washer" easily stay centered, and the added "bottom flange" helps the PTFE tubing stay centered.
