<p>Take a look at where your filament goes into your filament runout sensor. If you have been printing for a while, you may notice that it is wearing the top of the entry hole. This will guide the filament down and in the runout sensor and prevent (more) wear on the filament runout sensor opening. You will need to purchase a 20mm bearing for this to work correctly or print a different wheel that would not need the bearing.</p><p>I printed without any supports and the plastic guide at 102% to fit a 20mm bearing.
