Printing this to get the air flow all around instead of just direct from the rear. Design it with Fusion 360. Printer with 20% - 50 % depends on yourself. specific for Biqu BX Print on Layer height at 0.08-0.20 it is up to you how fine do you want your print to be. You may choose from PLA, PLA+, ABS and PETG. Better to use ABS and PETG due to high temperature that is so near to the heat break. 2nd design (BX Fan Duct v7) I personally think have better cooling result. The result picture as shown 3rd file uploaded again (BX Fan Duct v18), due to the clearance was not fit to everyone. I had change the design to become wider, which will be outsite the heat break which will no touch to the heatbreak. and the bed clearance also make higher. now has about 3mm clearance between the nozzle and the air vent. 4th uploaded V29, i think pretty much has nailed it. The fan duct stress test and the result as per photo shows.
