BIQU H2 mount for Anycubic i3 Mega X-Carriage [MK4]

Mount for the BIQU H2 Direct Extruder for the Anycubic i3 Mega based on the [X-Carriage MK4](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3537449) from [@ML3DPrinting](https://www.thingiverse.com/ML3DPrinting). The included 24 V fan and heating cartridge have to be replaced! The heating cartridge was replaced with a 12 V Ai3M sparepart. Since the extruder gets warm quite fast (hotend and stepper-motor induce a good amount of heat into the construction), the included 24 V 35x35x10 mm fan was replaced with a 12 V 40x40x10 mm fan with higher air flow. The mount is designed for this fan size. With this fan the whole extruder stays under 40 °C even during longer prints with higher print temperatures. Hence I strongly recomment printing the mount (and the X-Carriage) in PETG (or other more heat stable material like ASA or ABS). PLA will deform due to the heat. Bill of material ------------------ - 40x40x10 mm 12 V fan (e.g. Sunon EE4010S1-1000U) - 2x M3 nut [fan] - 6x M3 6 mm [4x main extruder mount, 2x bottom extruder mount] - 2x M3 10 mm [X-Carriage] - 3x M3 16 mm [2x fan, 1x bottom extruder mount] __WARNING__ It may happen that the extruder bumps into the frame when moved in max x-axis direction! __Versions__ v16 (first release) - the fan duct blades are not in the correct position due to a misalignment in the used BIQU H2 model from @3DE2016. Der mitgelieferte 24 V Lüfter und die 24 V Heizpatrone müssen getauscht werden! Die Heizpatrone wurde durch ein 12 V Ersatzteil vom Ai3M ersetzt. Da der Extruder insgesamt recht schnell warm wird (Hotend und Stepper-Motor tragen gut Wärme in die Kostruktion), wurde der mitgelieferte 24 V 35x35x10 mm Lüfter durch einen 12 V 40x40x10 mm Lüfter mit mehr Luftdurchsatz ersetzt. Für diese Lüftergröße ist der Halter auch gebaut. Damit bleibt der Extruder auch bei längeren Drucken mit höheren Drucktemperaturen unter 40 °C. Auch deswegen rate ich dringend dazu mindestens PETG (oder anderen wärmestabileren Materialien wie ASA oder ABS) für alle Teile (auch das X-Carriage) zu verwenden. PLA wird sich auf Dauer durch die Wärme verformen. Das wird benötigt ---------------------- - 40x40x10 mm 12 V Lüfter (z.B. Sunon EE4010S1-1000U) - 2x M3 Mutter [Lüfter] - 6x M3 6 mm [4x Haupt-Extruder-Halter, 2x unterer Extruder Halter] - 2x M3 10 mm [X-Carriage] - 3x M3 16 mm [2x Lüfter, 1x unterer Extruder Halter] __ACHTUNG__ Es ist möglich, dass der Extruder bei maximaler Bewegung in x-Richtung rechts anstößt! __Versionen__ v16 (erste Freigabe) - die Luftleitstreben sind leider nicht in der korrekten Position aufgrund einer Verschiebung im genutzten BIQU H2 Model von @3DE2016. Es sollte trotzdem gut funktionieren - vielleicht ändere ich das später noch. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
