BIQU H2 V2 mount for Anycubic i3 Mega MK4 with Noctua A4x10 + BLTouch + Endstop Bracket

***1. Background*** I purchased the Anycubic Mega Pro in late 2020 as a CORONA time HOBBY. I have being quite satisfied with this model and however always felt that would like to upgrade with a DIRECT DRIVE EXTRUDER. Since the newer generation direct drive extruders are becoming much more lightweight, I decided to go for this upgrade now. I found the MK4 project by ML3DPrinting (https://www.thingiverse.com/ml3dprinting) and it was a cool design. This also brought my attention over to 2BK's (https://www.thingiverse.com/2BK) BIQU H2 mount for the above-mentioned MK4 X carriage. Since the overall dimensions of the BIQU H2 V1 which his design was based on somewhat matches my V2, I decided to use his design. However, given the fact that I would like to stick to my original NOCTUA A4x10 fans, the original model needed a little bit of modification. Therefore, I modified this model as per requirement. ***Update 09.09.2022*** I have purchased a 3DTouch V3.2 probe and installed it on the model without reprinting the whole print head holder. In order to install the 3D touch you can use M3x16 screws and add nuts and washers to adjust the height accordingly. In my case I have use 1x M3 Washer and a nut for the height adjustment. Bltouch Offset Values are as follow: X_Offset = 12 (Design); 11.15 (Actual) Y_Offset = -35 (Design); -33 (Actual) Z_Offset = 1.850 (With using 1xM3 Nut + 1 x M3 Washer, for the height adjustment) Meanwhile, due to the fact that the new probe location is somewhat to the right side of the printer probing range becomes smaller. Therefore, I have designed the X_Axis Endstop bracket where with the new design the endstop sensor can be installed further under the gantry. This also overcome the problem of MK4 fanduct hitting the sensor or touch the bed.
