Biqu H2 V2 Mount for Ender 3 Max BLTouch

I made this mount because I had problems with my Biqu H2 V2 on other Mounts I found. The Bltouch was basically the same height as the nozzle when retracted and I wanted something with cable routing through the back. Maybe that has something to do with a difference in Heatbreak length between the V1 and V2, but I couldn't fully confirm this. All I know is that it didn't fit for my specific combination of probe and extruder.

I have printed this Iteration, but am still using a previous on which was a pain to fit on the X-Carriage. I had to file some parts out on the first one so I made tolerances a bit looser in this Version. (not test fittet yet) The STP is included for adjustment or remixing if needed or desired)

in this version the M3 bolts should just go through all the holes without the threads gripping the filament, which should make mounting it a lot nicer, since it threads into the metal plate of the carriage anyways and there might be some wiggleroom for fine adjustement before tightening the bolts.

The cable of the Bltouch can be slotted through the small hole one the back of the BLTouch mount. The thermistor and heater cables can be routed through the channel in the back. The BLTouch Offset is X=-32 and Y=0

The Nozzle position is slightly to the left, compared to the original MK8 hotend and slightly to the front in the Y axis but the whole bed is usable. I don't know the exact offset, but If you are using Klipper, I have attached my printer.cfg. If you are using this config, please still do your own Z offset via PROBE_CALIBRATE

I had to change the suffix of the file to .txt because Printables wouldn't let me upload it as a .cfg

I tried maximizing usable printspace without hitting the print bed clips, so the the printbed Dimensions came out an 310mm x 298mm. The 317mm in the config are so the nozzle can move beyond the bed, allowing the BLtouch to probe further along the X-Axis and thus maximizing the mesh size.

If you are running Marlin, you might still be able to get some usefull info about nozzle, BLTouch and Mesh positioning out of the config file.
