Updated for a UK standard plastic (38mm) bottle. In case anyone finds it useful I have included the STL for a printable bottle cap - which I used to ensure the thread fitted before merging with the main model. I've also extended the perch quite a bit as I feel it looks better that way (and may suit slightly larger birds). Very easy print. I used wood PLA, but any material should work. No need for supports - the overhangs are not a problem, although you get a bit of stringing in the thread, nothing a bit of a stiff brush can't remove. Blender file included, feel free to remix but please follow original author's license and attribution requirement.
