Insert Body 1 (main body) from inside out. slide body 4 (ring) on shaft push to bottom and glue. glue Bottle feeder hook to to Body 3 I made the safety pin out of stainless wire. 2 LITER BOTTLE you should be able to drill the hole in bottom and glue the main body to the outside of the bottle.
