I created this bird in Blender 3d 2.57 using face extrusion and catmaul clark subdivsion surface smoothing. You can use the blender source file and regenerate the output at any polygon count you want. Instructions Ive made this object with my rep-rap prusa mendel in mind. Ive tried to make the angles such that it might be possible to print it without support material
