Birdcage Door "Ajar" Holder

A simple model for a specific need. My fiancee's bird loves to sit on top of his cage when he's let out to explore, but likes to occasionally pop back inside for some water or a snack. The door likes to swing fully open when left to its own devices, partially blocking a path, and our dog is bad at looking where he's going when he's in a rush, which has led to more than a few "unplanned takeoffs" for our poor bird. This two-part design clips between the bars of the wire cage, and can either clip onto the door to hold it open enough for the bird to climb out but not so far as to be in the way, or else the arm can fold flat against the side of the cage when the door is fully shut. It holds itself in place more than securely enough on its own, but has (far too many) slots for small zip-ties for some additional security, as an option.
