Birdhouse Camera

Birdhouse Camera

My daughter and her grandfather made a birdhouse together, and she really wanted to see the birds in it without disturbing them. This is a case for a [ESP32-Cam](https://www.amazon.com/DORHEA-Bluetooth-Development-4-75V-5-25V-Raspberry/dp/B08ZS5YWCG/ref=sr_1_4) and a handful of LEDs on a cutup WS2812 strip. The top cover bit was printed in transparent PLA so the LEDs could dimly shine through just to slightly light up the inside of the birdhouse enough for the camera (can be very dim). If anyone knows what the best color for Chickadees is please do let me know! I added a external Wifi antenna to the ESP32-CAM that works great for streaming video to my house. [ESPHome is running on the ESP32 and streaming video to Frigate](https://community.home-assistant.io/t/esp32-cam-esp-home-frigate/524855) that has a bird detector. There's a handful of other pieces in the Fusion 360 file that I used to house the antenna and a buck converter to switch down from 12v to 5v. But they're basically just boxes for the side but they're basically just boxes.
