In order to clean the waste-collection container on the Bissell Little Green ProHeat series of carpet cleaners, you need to remove the inflow/outflow cap. This cap can be difficult to turn and, if not turned all the way to the lock position, the unit will leak. This wrench fits the tabs on the cap to make it easier to turn it.
