Bit Setter Universal

Bit Setter Universal

thingiverse

This is a basic Bit Setter that uses regular mounting holes to allow for non specific mounting. It's being shared for self use to give back to the MPCNC community. The cover is generic and contains no lock so it is more of a dust cover than anything if you decide to use it and not use adhesive to keep it in place. You will also need to drill a hole in the cover to accommodate the wires you decide to use. Parts needed... 1. M4-M5 Bolt with a locknut. 2. About a foot of wire. 3. Momentary Push Button Switch (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09LMMT5M1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&linkCode=sl1&tag=bravit-20&linkId=f591d4f3a246caa755462afd85b43881&language=en_US&ref_=as_li_ss_tl). 4. Touch Probe (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09LMMT5M1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&linkCode=sl1&tag=bravit-20&linkId=f591d4f3a246caa755462afd85b43881&language=en_US&ref_=as_li_ss_tl)./ 5. I used threaded inserts for mounting to spoil board (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09LMMT5M1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&linkCode=sl1&tag=bravit-20&linkId=f591d4f3a246caa755462afd85b43881&language=en_US&ref_=as_li_ss_tl). Recommend you print with a brim to ensure all corners stick to your build plate and results in a level finished product. Printing with support, right side up will allow for the most level part and a wire chase that fits 24 AWG wire channel underneath.
