Print at 90% scale, and use as small knobs or adapter to add standard US diameter knobs This is both my first working fusion360 3D print model AND Thingiverse contribution/thing. If there's something I can to do to make the file more useful for you (got a setting wrong and makes it impossible, for example), please say so, and I'll try to fix it.
