BL-5C Battery USB Charger

BL-5C Battery USB Charger

I wanted a more compact USB phone charger for my wife so this is what I came up with. I modeled it using TinkerCad, (thanks TinkerCad.com!). I think I spent maybe $16-$17, plus filament, so not bad. The charge controller board and USB output board basically snap into place and are held there with hot glue. I also hot glued the batteries in place. I had the rocker switch laying around that I took off a power tool that stopped working but it should be about standard size.
