I redesigned the standard STL file to accommodate my DiiCooler by extending the part. This modification allows for a snug fit of the cooler on my 3D printer. Due to the size and shape of the DiiCooler, I determined that the hex bolt must be positioned on the BLTouch side, which is the outer facing surface. If not placed in this location, it would be impossible to access the bolt from behind to tighten it securely.
