I found that the original mount (BLTouch_adj_mount_dual_fan_-_Gen2a) dose not have enough clearance for the the fan duct (Hero_Me_lightweight_Dual_5015_Ducts_Gen3) I have remix it to fix the problem. Original Hero Me files needed: Hero_Me_Base_for_Ender_5_Gen3a Hero_Me_lightweight_Dual_5015_Ducts_Gen3 BLTouch_Wing_Dual_fan_Ender_5_Gen3
