Added mount for BL Touch 1.0 to the Hotend Clamp. I only own a BL Touch V1, but it shall work for the newer versions also. The adjustment screw of the BL-Touch is also accessible, for the ones who need it. I have designed it to not obstruct airflow from the Hotend Fan. Offset: X-25 Y12 Print it just like all other parts, with the BL-Touch Mount pointing upwards.
