My lipos were dying from being abused and I figured there wasn't much difference in a drill battery. So I made this to use in my small robots. Works for most batteries in the black and decker line of 20 volt max tools. Should also work with the Craftsman bolt on series batteries. Print Settings Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: .3 Infill: 15 Notes: I print at .3 because I'm impatient Should work well at whatever resolution you decide to go for. Post-Printing The things that you need to do post print is heat up the pieces of metal used for the contacts (you want them to be about 1.5 cm long) and push them through following the thin slits in the model. Once you have them through there will likely be a coating of plastic on the contacts (It took me a while to figure out why i wasn't getting anything from the battery.) So you will need to burn off the plastic with a torch/lighter and then reinsert them while cold. After they are reinserted reheat them to get the plastic to adhere. For this step I used a soldering iron and a piece of plastic and basically soldered/welded the contacts in. Then just solder leads on and screw the pieces together (2 m3x20) screws are what i used. The plastic should be strong enough to hold the screws without too much trouble.
