Black and Decker Air Station Lever

thingiverse

This is a replacement handle/lever for a Black and Decker Air Station ASI300. My friend's lever snapped off so I created this replacement for him. There are two versions here: pump3 is a copy of the original part, with a rounded end on the lever, pump3b removes the rounded edge and prints better flat on an FDM machine. Pump3b also lays flat on the print bed using less support material. Print Settings Printer: FlashForge Dreamer Pro Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Infill: 100% Notes: The model needs to be printed with supports. Since the original injection molded part broke, I am using a high infill rate (100%) to make the part stronger. Post-Printing The 3D printed part next to the original part. The replacement part installed and filling the tire on a Tesla Model S. How I Designed This Measured with Calipers and modeled in Autodesk Fusion 360.
