Im making a small bench top drill press using a old Black and Decker D1000 Drill. But this drill has no obvious way to mount it to anything, so I designed these brackets. I made two different versions so it could be mounted different ways for different projects. Print Settings Printer: Flashforge Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.20mm Infill: %50 How I Designed This I used the same method to trace the profile of the housing as you would to trace molding. I just used an index card for the template. Then I took a picture of the tracing and loaded it into SketchUp and stretched the image so it matched the width and height of the drill housing.
