Black + Decker AC Unit Exhaust Manifold / House Vent Cover

Got a new AC unit for my office (excuse the back wall, WIP, painting soon) since it gets boiling in here with my computer and consoles and no windows/one door and situated directly above the furnace. Since there's no windows and only one door (and we have cats that I don't want in here, for themselves and me) I keep the door closed, so the solution for venting the exhaust was to pipe it back into the air duct. I made this two piece solution to print on my Ender 3 Pro to replace the old vent and mount the exhaust on. This is slightly too small in terms of the overall length of the oval cutout rim that the exhaust clips onto, so there is a small (~0.1") gap between the two pieces as I have it now. I measured this all with a normal tape measure and did some rounding so the fact it works as well as it does is pretty neat, but there's probably room for optimization if anyone cares. This could easily be modified by someone if they're interested. I have attached the part file for mods as necessary, if your vent is slightly different dimensions or the exhaust that clips in is smaller/larger. As is, it's a snug fit with the existing duct cut-out but it works well. We got some weather stripping that we will use under the flange to seal any air that could get through due to the floor not being flat or warping in that flange on the print, and I will replace the masking tape that is holding it together with some duct tape and maybe glue or another sealing agent, since I'm too lazy to reprint the whole thing. Took two prints, about 40 hours for each print, not including the one test print that I had that I learned my design was wrong and made modifications for these.
