Hi there, I have a pretty old Black&Decker BD83 Belt Grinder which had a problem for changing belts. The belt tensioner couldn't be loosen in order to release the belt. The problem was the little pin that link the tensioner and the lever. It's represented by the part n°46 on grinder plans. There is only 2 screws to remove in order to take apart the belt part.
