<p>Black Diamond wouldn't cover my broken latch under warranty despite it clearly being a product fault and major weak point. So I modelled the part so I could repair my head torch and never buy a Black Diamond product again. </p><p> </p><p>I made a replica from measuring the broken part which is better suited to resin because it's intricate, and a simpler version which should work on FDM printers but may require some clean up with a drill bit etc.</p><p> </p><p>I modelled in Creo, pm if you want the native files. I never want anyone to fall foul of Black Diamond.</p>
