BLKBB_chars_7x7_01_3of3.stl To create this blackboard, we need a significant amount of printing work for each piece. As seen from the included images, we have to build a frame for these boards that need to be connected together. So let's print the 1. BLKBB_board_8x8_20cm_x_20cm_01_1of3.stl in black color... almost 20 times, as it has no time to print 'cause it's very thin. Fit these pieces along a matrix that can change if you need a bigger blackboard. I intend 5 columns x 4 rows or vice versa, and you can obtain a structure that should be blocked with some cardboard papers or wooden tokens... When you have prepared this board, you have to print: 2. BLKBB_supp_glue_7x7_01_2of3.stl and 3. BLKBB_chars_7x7_01_3of3.stl Those are supports for characters and the characters themselves. When all characters are well attached, you have obtained pieces that can be fitted and removed from and into the blackboard. The color of those last printings should be clearly white, especially for the characters. When you print a character, you need to print also the corresponding supports, and glue them together as shown in the pdf included... You can consider having more duplicated numbers, letters, and symbols to print several times those files. For a normal usage, as the proposed size of the board, I think it's needed to print almost 10 times those last file (chars and supp)... Finally, you have a lot of pieces to put into a box and use them into the blackboard to compose phrases, expressions, and so on... -enjoy- DIMENSION of those files: 1.
