UPDATE: The first version I posted (v6) doesn't stay attached to the motor mount very well and can come off upon landing. So I modified it slightly to add a feature that allows using either a zip tie or a narrow strip of tape (~1/8") to hold it on better. No other changes. This is a little widget that gives each motor of a Blade MQX or 180QX quad a bit of "motor dihedral". This effectively points the thrust vector of each motor towards the center line of the quad. This gives a bit more stability and a bit of boost in forward flight. I got the idea from the DJI Inspire and Eric from Flitetest. The dihedral angle is 10deg. I have a few flights on this and it works great. There is a helper wedge that is orange in the Solidworks pictures that helps with printing and come off with some gentle prying. Instructions I printed at 10% infill and it's just strong enough and the weight is just under 3gr each. Beware, the part is a bit delicate so be gentle. If you are willing to add a couple of grams, you can print at 15-20% to make it more sturdy. I will take a bit of clean up to fit nicely. You pull the motor off the each arm and remove the cover.
