Replaces the plastic parts of the belt tensioner on a Craftsman 16 In. Scroll Saw (Model 137.216010). Requires a single 3x20mm dowel pin (an M3x20 machine screw might also work), hot glue, plus all the metal parts of the belt tensioner. To install: Remove all components of existing belt tensioner knob/fitting, leaving just a threaded rod protruding from the hole on the back of the scroll saw Place the Socket Bushing into the hole and hotglue in place. Place the Thrust Shaft over the threaded rod and through the Socket Bushing. Ensure that the side of the Thrust Shaft with the **larger** hole is facing up. Screw the original threaded cap with hole onto the threaded rod (just a few turns) Attach the Lock Knob to the threaded cap by driving the 3x20mm dowel pin through the hole in one side of the Lock Knob, through the cap, and through the hole in the other side of the Lock Knob. You can now apply blade tension by rotating the Lock Knob to the vertical orientation, twisting it to bring it closer or further away from the Thrust Shaft, then rotating it to the horizontal orientation to lock.
