My "Cooling tower pen holder (parametric)" at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6156915 is proving fairly popular. This is a version that has blades or vanes rather than arms / pillars and can produce a higher variation of different styles ( it can even recreate the original) Use the thingyverse 3d viewer to see the samples on their real glory. These all have a base of 80m, height of 90mm and a top dia of 60. Scale using your slicer, openscad or the customizer. I have included the json showing the settings used for each stl uploaded. you can produce many, many more simply by changing a few parameters! Having the blades taper to the top keeps more weight at the bottom of the holder improving stability If you only have blades in one direction (Remove one set by setting it to "Yes" with a thickness of zero), depending on the orientation is may be an idea to make sure they intersect somewhere on the Z axis to increase durability Note: if blades taper to top == no and the blades are on the Z axis, the height is increased by the blade thickness and the bottom will be mirrored at the top. As with the originals, this is a relatively long print, so be prepared to wait a while
