Bladeless fan using a 40mm x 40mm axial fan. Print Settings Printer: self made printer Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0,2mm Infill: 20% Post-Printing Components Fan: Select a powerfull 40mm x 40mm fan. The thickness can be up to 25mm. Powersupply: The fan-casing has an 8mm hole to mount a dc panel jack. Use a power supply according to the fan voltage. adhesive 2mm foam rubber 4 tapping screws diameter 2-2,5mm max. length 12mm Assembly Wrap the fan with the foam rubber. It is used to isolate the vibrations of the fan from case. Insert the fan into fan_casing. In the inner side the notch can be used to thread the wire to the bottom of the fan-casing to the DC panel jack. Assemble the outer_case with the screws to the fan_casing. Snap in the the inner_case into the outer_case. Snap in the pedestal. If it is to loose, use a hot air gun to bend the pedestal arms to the center. Additional the holes at the bottom of the pedestal can be used to press in M10 nuts. This gives the fan more weigth and stabiltity.
